For all appointment cancellations Monday-Friday, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Please text me directly on my cell phone(330-243-4111) to cancel. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. There will be no exceptions. All Saturday appointments will require a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. There will be no exceptions. I will be keeping track of all clients cancellations. If you cancel 3 or more times, You will be charged a 50% deposit for the service you are wanting to schedule. That deposit will come off your total at the time of your appointment. There will be no exceptions. no shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. There will be no exceptions. Calling or texting me after your missed appointment time does not make you exempt. Please understand that any of the above policies is not something I like or look forward to do. It is nearly impossible to find someone to fill your appt spot last minute. Therefore I am losing out on income. If I didn’t set these policies and follow through with them I would not be a profitable business. I cherish and am grateful for every single one of you. Servicing you is my #1 priority.
